Conditions for Returns

1. The item must be new, unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of faults/defects. Fashion items can be tried on to check if they fit and will be considered new. We retain the right to return a product to you if it is returned to us in poor condition.

2. The original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must all be included with the PACKAGE

3. The goods must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging / box, which must be intact.

If the product was sent in a second layer of POTU packaging, it must be returned in the same condition as it was received, complete with a return mailing label.

Remove any tape or stickers from the manufacturer's packaging if you have put them on .

   Note: It is important to indicate the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.

Return Policy

POTU products purchased online or over the phone can be returned in accordance with our online return policy. You can return an item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery by contacting our Client Services for a remote return.
All items must be in the original packaging, be in original condition, and with original tags attached.

Additionally please submit a return request email on the POTU website’s contact page If your product is broken, defective, inaccurate, or incomplete at the time of delivery. For items, a return request must be submitted within 15 days.

Valid reasons to return an item

1. The delivered goods is damaged or defective (i.e., physically destroyed or broken)

2. The product that was delivered was incomplete (i.e., it was missing goods and/or attachments).

3. The product delivered is inaccurate (i.e., the wrong product/size/color, a phony item, or an item that has expired).

4. The merchandise delivered does not match the product description or image (i.e., product not as advertised)

5. The item that was sent did not fit. (i.e., the size is not same as mentioned in purchase details)

Clothing, Apparel, Sunglasses, Shoes & Accessories

Returns and refunds are permitted due to a change of heart. A refund will be provided if the item received is broken, defective, inaccurate, or incomplete, as determined by POTU.

For items to be eligible for return, unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered items with their tags intact are required. Any items discovered to have been used will be refused and returned to the client.

Bags, Eyewear, Jewelry, Watches, Women's Intimate Apparel & Men's Innerwear.

Can I return a personalized item?

Once a Made to Order or personalized item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale. 

 

 

 

 

Refund Policy

Issuance of Refunds

 

 1. The time it takes for your refund to be processed is determined by the type of return and the payment method you used.

 2. When POTU has processed your return according to your refund type, the refund period / process will initiate.

 3. For your returned purchase, the refund amount covers the item price as well as the delivery fee.

Refund Types

POTU will process your refund according to the following refund types

 1. Refund from returns - Once your item has been returned to the warehouse and QC has been completed, your refund will be processed (successful). Read our Return Policy to find out how to return an item.

2. Cancelled order refunds - Once a cancellation is successfully completed, a refund is automatically initiated.

3. Refunds for failed deliveries - When the item reaches the seller, the refund process begins.

Please keep in mind that depending on the location of your shipping address, this may take longer.

Merchandise returned to potuglobal.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once the Client’s payment method has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
